Scientific Programme

Two main themes will be on the Conference agenda: “Coffee consumption and Human Health” and “Climate change and Sustainable Production”. Besides these themes papers dealing with coffee chemistry, coffee technology, Biochemistry, Genomics and Agronomy will be presented. Detailed scientific programme is under development and will be fully available after the decision by the Scientific Committee.
